The makers of assorted websites can only be contacted via web-forms.... Message them. "Hi xyz issues / functions / requests for info etc...." The reply: You've got a new message on Acme Webpage Co. Dear stupid customer, You have a new support message - to see this message please log in now at the Acme Webpage Co. with your login details: Thanks for using the Acme Webpage Co. So that means that I have to open my email and instead of a reply by email, saying more or less, "Response / Resolution of Issue" in the email, I get this: 1. I have to open the open the email. 2. I have to read the email. 3. I have to click on the link that opens the webpage. 4. I have to log into the webpage - with or without remembering what my user name / pass word actually is.... 5. After logging in, I have to read the message..... 6. Then I have to reply /respond / ignore / move on - get a life..... etc.. and then log out of that site.... And I am thinking Why in the fuck could they
