Boost Mobile - Call Centre Mind Fucks



You know I am a reasonable man, but my fuse for fucking bullshit - is really short.

OK - the Telstra Boost Mobile Network - well i went to bed early-ish, woke up in the small hours ??? decided to log on and "do stuff" on the internet - a good fuck vid, read the news, emails etc..

Only what the Telstra Boost system was saying, was on the webs - "Your out of credit" followed by another forced redirect to the "Boost Mobile Site" and I thought, "Naaa recently paid up"...

So I tried to ring them, and the telephone response was, "Service nnot available - cause your out of credit."

Mmmmm K - back to sleep.


I ring them today and said, "Late last night, there was a network outage, and I could not make phone calls, or connect to the internet."

And some of these people in the offshore, outsourced, Telstra call centre, are professional bullshit artists and corporate stone wallers.

So after a very short conversation, which was frequently repeated, where this tried to run me around in circles, by going off topic, changing the subject, ignoring what I had said - multiple times...

Well when I cornered her by raising the voltage and the directness - she responded to the issue of there being a network outage with no internet and no telephone "LAST NIGHT", to saying to me, "We have no record of you calling us about this YESTERDAY".

This raises 2 obvious logic blocks.

1. When there is a network outage, you cannot call them about it - which is why "network outage" is a pseudo-tech term for, "The phone network is fucked."

2, And despite being told "LAST NIGHT" about 6 or 7 times, every time she tried to bounce me around - in the space of 4 or 5 minutes, she then shifts the time frame from "LAST NIGHT" to 'YESTERDAY", and by combining this with "We have no record of any calls from you about this", means by manipulative game playing, the network outage didn't happen.



I really hate dealing with stupid, lying, game playing fucking cunts - especially in foreign call centres.



So thankyou Telstra Boost Mobile - for your reasonably frequently bullshit customer service.

HSBC Bank Australia Limited - a bunch of fucking arseholes.

My Review of HSBC in Australia: Firstly - to make this whole article easier to digest... The first bit is me basically being insane - "This is a BAD place to be doing business with". Lenovo and IBM - the Great Motherboard Replacement Scam

I have one of the Lenovo G570 Laptops. And this is really BAD. The first one is that the management of Lenovo have done a deal with Microsoft to install an Operating System on the hard drive, and they claim that allocating a "special area" of the hard drive for recovery purposes, is a solution in case of "some kind of OS / Hard Drive problem - but they do not give you a copy of the OS on a DVD, to reinstall it, in case the OS crashed or a new HDD was needed etc.... This means that IF your operating system corrupts, your going to be facing a HUGE and BAD uphill battle to get a copy of YOUR operating system from Lenovo. No doing on the spot brain surgery on your own lap top by reinstalling the OS... No. This comes down to you not getting a 20c DVD with your operating system on it, Vs. hours fighting with idiots on the phone and days and or weeks waiting around for the DVD to arrive - if ever.
